A Session is a calibration process that improves the quality of your prints.
Create a new Session
To create a calibration Session, in the “Sessions” tab, click “Create”. From here you can give the session a name and select the printer and material you want to use from your assets.
Continue an unfinished Session
To continue an unfinished Session. In the “Sessions” tab click “In Progress” to view all unfinished Sessions. Click a Session to view the details, then click “Continue” to pick up where you left off.
Complete a Session
Your session will automatically be completed if the part you printed results in a high quality rating on the scoring scale. To complete a Session manually, click "Complete Session" on the session details in the “In Progress” menu, select a Session and click “Complete Session”. Both of these options will move the session to the completed menu. You may continue any Session that has been completed if you feel that the print quality could be improved.
Sharing a Session
Click any Session in the “In Progress” or “Completed” menu. Select the share icon in
the upper right to share the session with someone via a unique link.
Attaching a private comment/notes to a shared
session can be done by typing in the text box below. You can allow this comment/note to be seen by others with the shared
link by selecting “Make this comment public”. If this box is not checked it will automatically remain private, even to
users who have your sharable link.
You can test this useful feature by copying your shareable link and navigating to it in an incognito window.
Removing or generating a new shareable link will stop the old link from showing your session.
Adding a comment to a Session
Adding a comment to a print can be done at the bottom of the desired prints scoring page. Select “View/Add Notes” button at the bottom of the screen. You can make the comment public which will allow anyone with the sharable link to see it.
Quick view settings
To view the settings associated with each level, click anywhere on the picture of that level. This will show the retraction settings in the upper right under Quick Settings.
Viewing print history
Viewing print history can be done by clicking a previous print in the Session Details bar on the left. This will tell you the scores for each level as well as the settings if the picture of the level is clicked. You can also view any notes or comments for that print by selecting the “View/add notes”.
