Problem: My part isn’t loading correctly

Soultion: If your parts are stacked on top of each other, or are only one level high, please disable "Automatically drop all models to build plate" in Cura's settings."

Problem: When I open the file there are no parts on the build plate

Soultion: If no parts are showing up, you will need to change the way the file is opened. In Cura, navigate to the settings and select "Always open as project".

Soultion: Another possibility is that you dont have the 3MF Reader plugin downloaded. This is a free plugin for Cura made by Ultimaker that allows you to open .3mf files correctly.
