How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to your account, at the top right of the screen click on your name. From there you can cancel your subscription with the "Cancel Subscription" button in the blue box.

If you are on the Free (Explorer) or Lifetime plan these options will not be there because there are no reccuring payments to cancel.

How do I cancel my trial?

Login to your inTinker account, at the top right of the screen click on your name. From there you can cancel your subscription with the "Cancel Subscription" button in the blue box.

You can also click the "Subscription Details" button to learn more about which payment method you used, next due dates and all other infomation related to your billing.

How do I view my billing history?

Login with your account, on the upper right click on your name. From there click the "Subscription Details" button to view more about which payment method you used, next due dates and all other infomation related to your billing.

How do I upgrade from the subscription to a Lifetime plan?

We allow changing of plans, however it is a manual process that we have to intiate. Please contact us for more information about switching. 

Can I get a refund for my Subscription plan?

Yes, we offer refunds for the subscription plan. Please contact us to start the process.

Can I get a refund for my Lifetime plan?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the Lifetime plan.

Does this work with my printer and filament setup?

There is a high likely hood it works with your setup. Its designed to be flexible, however there are some specific setups we don't support yet, like delta printers, and multiple tool head printers. Visit our docs to learn more about which setups work.
